Cole Analoro, B.S.

Research Technician

After graduating from Boston College with a BS in Neuroscience, I joined the Laboratories for Computational Neuroimaging at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging as a Research Technician. In this position, I acquire and analyze in vivo and ex vivo brain MRI data, both structural and diffusion, at various resolutions (80um-1mm) and field strengths (9.4T, 7T, 3T). Among a variety of project efforts, I serve as project manager for the Fischl, Wang, and Hof U01 Connects project, which is demonstrating whole brain mapping capabilities using multimodal, multiscale imaging of the human ex vivo brainstem as a development platform. As a collaborator with NICC, I have gained valuable insight into the clinical side of neuroscience research, coma/consciousness, and brain-wide network connectivity. In my free time, you can probably find me birdwatching, making art, or playing video games.
